We offer a free and confidential counselling service to anyone aged 16+ in the Bradford District area.
Why Bereavement Counselling?
Talking to relatives and friends may be an important part of expressing grief and coming to terms with it. However, it can be helpful to talk to someone not personally involved to support you through your grief.
Why Bereavement Counselling?
A bereavement counsellor who listens and accepts your thoughts and feelings can ease the grieving, encourage the healing process and help you to move forward.
How does it work?
We offer up to 12 weeks of bereavement counselling with one of our dedicated bereavement counsellors. Sessions are for 1 hour per week. This can be in-person, online or over the telephone.
